Fluicity

Fluicity is an online engagement platform for public institutions and private actors. It is customisable according to clients needs, and provides a wide range of engagement tools: participatory budgets, surveys, consultations or calls for proposals. Fluicity allows you to manage citizen participation through an inclusive framework designed around the user experience. It is based on known digital reference points (comments, reactions, votes, etc…) where one can monitor contributions, current actions, results, etc; make decisions based on the citizens’ feedback; and establish cooperation with the citizens. They offer support and consultation with the communication plan, including methodology, objectives, targeted citizens, messages, graphics briefing, reverse scheduling, communication channels, and help to plan and analyze data from citizen consultations, and to get accurate and workable participation reports for better decision making.
