It offers a suite of tools including surveys and polls, participatory budgeting and co-creation of ideas, through which customers can engage with their community and initiate public decision-making processes. Together with CitizenLab, the City of Lancaster, PA (US): the Mayor’s Office and Department of Neighborhood Engagement (DoNE) launched Engage Lancaster. The aim of Engage Lancaster is to make sure the community is informed and participate in the many projects related to transportation, housing, policing and other issues pertaining to the city.
