ArcGIS Hub is an individually configurable community engagement platform that organises people, data, and tools through information-driven initiatives. The platform enables customers to provide comprehensive (spatial) open data to their community members via visualisations in the form of through maps, story maps, dashboards and charts, allowing information to be shared in a more intuitive way. In addition, the platform features survey and proposal tools that can be used to gather initiative related data directly from participants, further enabling community engagement. Central to the platform is the geographic information system (GIS) by Esri. It helps users understand the patterns and relationships of data in a geographic context, improving the understanding and communication of information.
